Using 10 Frames in Math
All the children have been working with ten frames in one way or another. We practiced some addition problems today using the interactive PowerPoint. We also found a website that has Interactive Base Ten, Five Frames and Multiple Ten Frames. This is a good activity to reinforce counting skills as well as challenge students to think quickly.
Click on the name of the website to go there:

The multiple Ten Frames is a good challenge activity. Can you do it? It is very fast!
You can also try this Interactive PowerPoint if you would like. It is similiar to the one we did in class today.

I hope you enjoy these activities I created - the children really enjoyed demonstrating their skills! They also like the "surprise" on the last slide of the Directional Words activity. The Patterning activity is also a little different than the one we did in class. - Mrs. G
